Multi-location shoots for local "Made Man Barbershop" chain, Manhattan

Step into the local "Made Man" barbershop chain as I capture three of distinct locations around Manhattan, whose goal was to create captivating content that would enhance the brand's website and social media presence. During my recent shoots in The Flatiron District, Chelsea, and the Garment District, I had the privilege of documenting not only the bustling atmosphere and impeccable barbering skills, but also the unique vibes of each employee, client, and location.

I spent a total of nine hours capturing candids of the barbers at work with actual clients and creating individual posed portraits of each employee at every location; from the classic barbers with their timeless charm to the trendsetters who push the boundaries of modern grooming, each portrait served as a glimpse into the individuality and style of each professional. Below are 2 of my favorite images from each location, though it was so hard to choose as these shoots created over 700 final photos, all told.

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850 using a 28-300mm zoom lens, and all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using custom-built presets.
