Real Estate Interiors - Tribeca Penthouse for HomeExchange.com
This hidden gem in Tribeca was my first assignment for the vacation rental website HomeExchange.com (in partnership with Ocus), and I could not have asked for a more gorgeous location!
This 4 million dollar penthouse boasted a 3,900 square foot space through 4 floors, with a private elevator, several outdoor terraces, and an indoor water feature. Because it was a rainy day, we had some trouble capturing the beautiful patios, and due to some construction outside on the street level I was also unable to capture the exterior/facade. Ah, New York City, am I right? Fortunately, the interior was so stunning that it almost doesn’t matter!

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850, using a Samyang 14mm f/2.8 prime lense, all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using custom-built presets.
