Catholic Baptism at St. Patrick's Cathedral
I recently had the privilege of photographing a beautiful Catholic baby baptism at the iconic St. Patrick's Cathedral in central Midtown. It was an honor to be part of such a special and intimate ceremony for this precious little one and his family.
The ceremony took place in the Cathedral's stunning baptismal font, surrounded by the soaring arches and ornate details of the Cathedral's interior. The priest led the family in prayer and recitation of the sacrament, while the baby was gently consecrated in the holy water.
After the ceremony, we took some posed family photos around in the Cathedral area outside of the baptism chapel to capture the joy and celebration of the day.

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850, using a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 prime lens, all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom.
