July Food Photoshoot Roundup (Manhattan/Brooklyn)
Food photography is a significant part of my work, and it’s essential for restaurants to stand out in today’s competitive market. High-quality images can make all the difference in attracting customers, especially when compared to those lackluster phone snapshots taken in poor ambient light.
This month, I had the pleasure of working with a number of fantastic restaurants that understood the value of professional food photography. Capturing their dishes in a way that highlights their unique flavors and presentation is crucial for effective marketing. Although these photos aren’t from all of the food shoots I went on this month, they are from my 6 favorite locations from among them.
(from top-left to bottom-right)
Batesy’s BBQ, Bowery (Manhattan)
Dawn’s Til Dusk, DUMBO (Brooklyn)
Adobo Mexican Grill, Flatbush (Brooklyn)
Moshe’s Falafel, Upper West Side (Manhattan)
Zen Kitchen, Gravesend (Brooklyn)
Talia’s Steakhouse, Upper West Side (Manhattan)
Here are some of my favorite images from each of these shoots (click/tap to view full size and un-cropped):
