"Taste of Foutta Djallon" Dining Event, Day 2 (Punto Space, Midtown Manhattan)
As a photographer in the most diverse city in the United States, I get to cover an incredible variety of interesting events that I might not otherwise get to experience. This shoot was for a special dinner hosted by Essense 13 who produces a podcast about African cuisine (Item 13), showcasing the food from the Foutta Djallon region in Guinea of West Africa with chef Fatmata Binta.

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D750, using an AF-S Nikkor 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5 lens, and individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using my own custom presets.
