May Food Photography Shoots for Doordash (Brooklyn & Manhattan)

Even though I have shot over 200 NYC restaurants for Doordash (and other platform delivery services) since 2019, it hasn’t occurred to me until recently that I don’t actually have any blog posts about them! It’s high-time to remedy that, so I think from here on out (depending on my workload), I’ll make one dedicated DD post per month to highlight some of my favorite images from these sessions that took place within that month.

While DD has their own branding manual I have to follow in order for them to accept my submissions for their official use, I often take a few ‘extras’ while I am there that are a little more creative just to have that I can use in my own marketing efforts.

Restaurants featured in this post are:
Georgian House, 129 Brighton Beach Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11235
Flute Champagne Bar, 205 W 54th St, New York, NY 10019
Rome to Brooklyn Pizzeria, 755 Grand St, Brooklyn, NY 11211
Four Four South Village, 11 E 7th St, New York, NY 10003

Here are some of my favorite images from these shoots (click/tap to view full size and un-cropped):

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D750, using a 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5 lens, all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using custom-built presets.
