Adaptive Fitness Product & Lifestyle Shoot with Disabled Models (Red Hook, Brooklyn)
Kakana is a recently-launched fitness company that offers lived-streamed group classes on their subscription platform tailored specifically to people who are living with physical disabilities. We shot these lifestyle/environmental images using adaptive workout equipment while our models (local wheelchair athletes) demonstrated what was being shown on the screen with some of Kakana’s exclusive videos.
It’s truly wonderful to be able to work with people and companies that are leading the charge in inclusivity within industries that have traditionally been quite homogeneous with their offerings and marketing messages.
