Finance Startup Co-Founders Executive Portraits in Midtown
I recently had the opportunity to capture the co-founders of the up-and-coming venture capital startup, Nui Ventures. Christopher, who had flown in from Seattle, and his business partner Srisa needed corporate portraits as well as images of the two of them together for their upcoming marketing materials and website.
The shoot took place in a beautiful midtown apartment building graciously lent to us by a friend of one of the partners. Despite the cold and windy conditions on the rooftop where we had originally planned to shoot, we quickly adapted and moved the session indoors to the common lounge area which also had access to a more sheltered outdoor space with better shooting conditions (wind-break, lighting, etc).
This change allowed us to capture a variety of shots both indoors and outdoors, making the most of the different settings and having a great time in the process!

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850 using a both a 50mm prime and a 24-85mm zoom lens, and all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using custom-built presets.
