Alumini Ventures C.H.I.P.S Event, Midtown Manhattan
"CHIPS Night," hosted by Alumni Ventures, brought together a dynamic blend of industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors in the tech and finance sectors. At this event, attendees had the opportunity to engage in stimulating discussions, share knowledge, and foster valuable relationships. Among the notable speakers was Jay Dawani, who delivered insightful remarks alongside representatives from tech giants, venture capital firms, and the CHIPS program.
The CHIPS program, standing for "Creating Helpful Incentives for the Production of Semiconductors," plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between government agencies, entrepreneurs, and investors to drive innovation of semiconductor manufacturing within the United State. With representatives from the U.S. Department of Commerce's, and leading companies like NVIDIA and Lemurian Labs, in attendance, the event provided a platform for meaningful dialogue and partnership building. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to connect with prominent investors from firms such as J2 Ventures, Starburst Ventures, and J.P. Morgan, further enriching the networking experience.
