At-Home Pre-Prom Portrait Session in East Flatbush, Brooklyn

Teenage Xavier's uncle, hailing from another state, organized this surprise photoshoot with the goal of creating lasting memories of his first high school prom. Despite his initial reservations, his expressions gradually shifted from uncertainty to genuine smiles as the photoshoot progressed. The familiar backdrop of his home lent authenticity to the captured moments, making the session an impromptu yet cherished part of his pre-prom experience.

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850, using a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 prime lens, all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom.
