Psychiatrist, author, and mixed-media artist Phillip Romero is working on his newest book focused how art affects our psychology called ANDY’S BRAIN: A Brain-Mind-Art-Culture Look at Andy Warhol’s Genius, which “explores the life and work of Andy Warhol as one of the critical visionary artists whose work continues to influence cultural change and global connectedness.” Included in this book are to be some of his own works as well, which we captured in great detail during our 2-hour shoot at his home studio.

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850, using Nikkor 50mm and 24-85mm lenses, all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using custom-built presets.
