"The Lost Arts" Musician Shoot at FD Photo Studio, Williamsburg
The FD Photo Studio in Williamsburg presented an exciting challenge for my recent shoot with The Lost Arts, a hip-hop duo who were looking for promotional photos that they could use on the profiles of their various music platforms. The massive, warehouse-sized space didn’t offer much in the way of props or backdrops, but we leaned into its raw, industrial aesthetic. With creative angles and moody lighting, we were able to turn this minimalist setting into something that highlighted the duo’s chemistry and individuality.

All images in this blog post were shot on a Nikon D850 using a variety of lenses, and all individually post-processed in Adobe Lightroom using custom-built presets.
